Nonprofit Grant Writing for Board of Directors and Staff
Training Information
This training is a hands-on approach to grant and proposal management/writing designed to enable and enhance systems thinking in nonprofit organizations (NPOs) no matter the industry or geographic location. Students are guided through the grant writing process predisposed for success from the standpoint of being an organizational champion or intrapreneur. This training will translate theoretical agile and project management skills applicable to nonprofits into practice with turnkey methods and techniques that will help to bust siloes and help working members of nonprofit Board of Directors, staff, and other categories of volunteers demonstrably work more efficiently and effectively within programs/functions and organizations. The tools and techniques shared can be immediately implemented in every grant pursuit. Real-life examples of failures and successes (lessons learned and case studies) will be covered to highlight the learning process. This training is offered live with dynamic and engaging class participation to provide opportunities for participants to practice what they learn.
