The Tacit Growth Strategies Skillbridge Internship Program (SIP) is an opportunity for Service members and their families to gain valuable civilian work experience through for-profit and nonprofit industry training and internships during the last 180 days of service. SIP connects Service members and their families to real-world job experience with Tacit Growth Strategies, a management consulting firm specializing in grant and proposal writing, project management training and impact investment strategy and fund development. We provide opportunities to gain real-world non-profit and corporate experience with potential employment post separation/retirement.
For Service members and their families, the SIP provides an invaluable chance to work and learn in civilian career areas. For Tacit Growth Strategies, the SIP is an opportunity to access and leverage the world’s most highly trained and motivated workforce. Participating Service members and their families in the SIP receive their military compensation and benefits, and Tacit Growth Strategies will provide the training and work experience.
